  Called them 5 times (no joke) At least 3 employees declined my call even tho u could hear them breathe through the phone. I was left alone with my emergency on a friday evening! Never experienced such unprofessional manner before. Truly unbelievable!! Would have rated it even lower if only that'd be possible. People, if u don't like ur job, change career. It's that simple.

  Absolute Frechheit!!! 170 € verlangt man hier für ein Visum, das ist Halsabschneiderei!!!!!!!!!!

  As Joel mentioned fully agree. Though it is not this embassy that deals with visa applications. On top, for close to 200 EUR the UK haven't even taken the time to check all supporting documentation as their decision explanation confirms. And beware that they don't send back any supporting documentation other than the passport itself despite what they promise.
