  Wirklich sehr guter Service. Klimaanlage im Zimmer etwas störend laut. Aber das macht die Lage allemal wett. Frühstück reichlich.

  Erstklassiges Hotel; War am 1.4.2018 mit Familie beim Osterbrunch. Ingesamt hervorragendes und sehr reichliches Speisenangebot! Freundlicher und effizienter Service👍👍👍

  Sub par. Classically beautiful but unfortunately, as charming as the staff may be, they can only offer a 3 star service (no room service after midnight in particular as a strong confirmation and a weak referral to the high street for lunch). Good luck for the future. I very much hope that people at re more used to and are satisfied with a more basic service.

  I stayed here for my sister's wedding anniversary last year, and all I could tell you is - this place is GORGEOUS. The rooms are top-notch, food so delicious, and so good. It was snowing when we went, and that made our experience even better! That was one of the best weeks of my life!!!

  Location is in district 1 of Vienna. We were able to walk to many of the museum's and sites. Room was very large by European standards and quite luxurious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
