  Best place to stay in Vienna! I travel to Vienna frequently and now always stay here. Its location is perfectly postioned in the center of town. The staff always go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The rooms are very comfortable, and a good size, and have the best showers! The restaurant offers good food with the Austrian classics, and the rooftop bar offers great views of the city and surrounding mountains. My only request would be to have some sort of docking station/sound system in the rooms, and possibly a few more options in the mini bar. See you guys again soon.

  Fantastic place to stay. The staff were very welcoming and the atmosphere was excellent. This hotel is very central and the food is a high quality. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Hotel.

  We booked a room for 3 adults (a mother and two daughters) in Hotel Topazz. When we arrived the manager kindly advised that he was upgrading us to a suite at their sister hotel, Lamée, which is just across the street. The room at Lamée was stylish and spotless. It had a lovely terrace with views of the cathedral, and it had nicely decorated interiors, high quality toiletries, bathrobes and slippers. There is also a Nespresso unit in the room. As with typical city hotels, the rooms are small enough. The bathroom was fabulous and spacious though. The breakfast was excellent too. One of the guests was coeliac and she was catered for without any complications whatsoever. There was a great selection of food from the buffet and cook to order from a menu. I would go as far as to say that the breakfast was in the top 3 from about 18 city four/five star hotels I’ve stayed in during 2017. The staff were incredibly helpful and hospitable. They couldn’t do enough for us. Given this, the fantastic central location, and the high quality finishes, I would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to the beautiful city of Vienna.

  Rewelacyjna lokalizacja! Pobyt w hotelu to sama przyjemność. Pokoje czyste i zadbane. Jedzenie bardzo smaczne, bardzo ładnie podane. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, nawet małe dzieci. Obsługa bardzo dobra. Pani na recepcji pomocna, nawet potrafi mówić trochę po polsku. W części restauracyjnej mogliśmy porozumieć się w języku polskim ~ była tam Pani z Polski. Bardzo fajny bar, można posiedzieć przy bardzo dobrym drinku. Fajne wnętrze. Bardzo blisko do rynku gdzie można zrobić zakupy w sklepach światowych marek. Na pewno tam jeszcze wrócę. ;)

  Świetny hotel 4 gwiazdkowy, super lokalizacja, Pani z recepcji ma męża polaka a Pani z restauracji jest polką także dogadaliśmy się bez problemu :)
