  The Hotel looks completely renovated with new rooms, though not so large, and an elegant lobby and parlour. It offers free drinks during the day (soft drinks, tea, coffee), which makes it nice to spend some time in the lobby. It has however many steps, even before the rooms therefore it could be quite uncomfortable for wheelchairs or cradles. The sreet where it's located is shabby. 8

  It was an amazing experience spending two night in such an elegant place. It is close to the museums and many other attractions so I had a wonderful walk each time I was gone for a walk. They have cozy rooms and a professional staff that keeps them neat and clean. In the evening I also got free coffee and tea, would definitely visit this place again

  Well maintained hotel with all facilities one can expect from a good hotel. The staff were friendly to talk with. You can find folkteater subway stop nearby. You can also find many shopping destinations, museums nearby. The hotel provides free vouchers for art museums. Although I didn't go. Please like if you find this review helpful.

  Accogliente, comodo e vicinissimo al cuore della splendida città. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Una delle ragazze della reception parla anche un pò di italiano e ci è stata molto d'aiuto. Se dovessi tornare a Vienna prenoterò la stanza in questo hotel. Lo consiglio.

  L’albergo è carino, diciamo che gli ambienti comuni (tipo la hall) sembrano nuovi di zecca. Lo stesso non può dirsi delle camere, che però sono comunque accoglienti. Il personale parla un inglese decente. La colazione non è molto diversificata, soprattutto considerando il prezzo (15 € a novembre 2017). Trattandosi comunque di un hotel in posizione centralissima, vale la pena farci un pensierino (a patto di non spenderci troppo perché non vale quanto altri quattro stelle). Il parcheggio non è incluso nel prezzo.
