::Eine absolute Frechheit war das eben! 😠Legt sie einfach auf! Wirklich schade🖓wir hatten ein paar mal bestellt und das Essen der Restaurants war eigentlich gut. Wir haben ws 8 mal versucht zu bestellen, jedoch fehlte meistens etwas, oder man konnte gar nicht bestellen weil JEDES(sic) Restaurant geschlossen hatte??!! Unter Gourmet Lieferservice verstehe ich etwas anderes 😤vorallem bei einer 20 euro Bestellgebühr! Das eigentliche Problem an LaCulinia ist der Kundenservice. DER IST 💩💩💩 !!! Heute hab ich eine Kartoffelsuppe und eine Rindssuppe mit Frittaten... Kalbsrahmgulasch mit Spätzle und Zwiebelrostbraten bestellt. 65€ und dann fehlen die spätzle! Wir rufen an um neue spätzle zu bekommen und dann meint die Dame sie muss das mit dem Kollegen besprechen und ruft zurück. 30 Min vergehen... kein Rückruf - wir rufen nochmal an... 😪😪Meinte die Dame sie gibt uns morgen Bescheid!?? Ich hätte ja gern mein Gulasch zum Abendessen gegessen und nicht erst morgen! Und Gulasch ohne jegliche Beilage schmeckt nicht...💩💩Als wir das beanstandeten legte sie einfach auf! 😠 Naja, das wars! Ich finde den Umgang mit Gästen inakzeptabel und bin echt stinksauer! 😠Sitz da mit meinem halben Essen und hab viel Geld bezahlt...😠😠 ########## E N G L I S H ############# Im freaking out! 😠😠She hang up the phone! We tried a couple of times to ordered... and the food of the restaurants was actually and the most time it was ok....We tried to order, i think 8 times? , but mostly something was missing, or you couldn't order because each (sic!) restaurant had closed! 😠😠I orderd gulýaš with spaetzle...which was missing...😪😪 so i call to get my full order... so she told me" I ask my collegue what we can do & i call u back" 30 minutes go by ... nobody calls back - we called them again ... the lady said she would let us know tomorrow 😠😠😠.... ehhhmmm... what???!!! ...... I like my food for dinner and not tomorrow for breakfast!???!! When we complained and told her thats inacceptable... she hung up the phone...!!!💩💩🖓💩💩 and didn't pick up again...Well, that's it! I find the handling of guests inacceptable and I' m really angry!!! 💩💩💩 F@*#*!$ A$$#*/@$ ...💩💩💩 Now I'm siting there with my half-food and paid a lot of money ... 😠👹😡
