  Lovely hotel in the center of Vienna. Friendly and welcoming service. Even late night /early morning snacks fir people going out for a run / returning early from partying are being provided.

  I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and each time it gets better. Thank you again to the hotel staff for being both friendly an helpful. The hotel located centrally for tourists and anyone working in Vienna. I plan to stay at this hotel for every visit to Vienna.

  Hotel has good room cleaning service, while it also provides free bottled water, soda (regular and diet), beer, apple juice and apple cider. Hotel's breakfast has good fruit and veggies salad, while it also offers 4 to 5 types of fresh fruits. Bread and bakery have numerous varieties, including small chocolate cakes, brownies, etc. Front desk Customer Reps are young, friendly, and energetic, and they are able to remember customers' name naturally. Hotel has its TV channels with English-based business TV channels as front channels, and it is relatively friendly for foreign tourists and business conference participants. Hotel is 2 blocks away from Opernring, Exit E, of the Karlsplatz Station, which has U1, U2, and U4 trains. Hotel is located with walking distance to Opera House and various historical sites, including imperial palace. It is also in walking distance to train and bus station to Baden, one-day tour resort outside Vienna. Hotel seems to be a value bargain for the travellers.

  The building is a very classic one outside but the design inside is a modern and fancy one. The location is perfect right in the historical center at a walking distance of some city landmarks. The breakfast is very nice and complete. The service is as you can expect in such hotel

  If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... Best place to stay at Vienna. It’s near the main streets and you have quick access to metro and tram. Rooms are big and fine. Restaurant has good food and great breakfast Swimming pool is a bit small , but you have Good sauna and steam room
