  Upgraded room, not upgraded. Left used glassware in room. Restaurant help needs to be more helpful. Austrian attitude is a turn off, multinational location and guests.

  I liked this hotel for a classy cozy feel and nice room amenities. It was outside the city centre but Vienna public transportation makes it easy to get around and alternatively, it was close to the palace. The staff were friendly, the rooms were very clean and the gym and wellness centre was top notch!

  非常棒的飯店！ 1.房間不算大 但是設備很新，裝潢有設計感 ，床鋪and枕頭都很好睡！房間內有窗戶，採光好，是個美好的一晚！ 2. 早餐豐盛，食物品質很好，而且好吃，6:30開始用餐。 3. 飯店附近有超市 便利商店，地點不錯，交通便利！

  호텔 깔끔 버스주차 안됨. 다른곳에 해야됨. 로비층에 레스토랑 아침식사 6시30분부터 와이파이는 방번호,비밀번호는 성 입력 쉔부른궁전까지 도보 15분~20분 무료제공되는 물 없음. 커피포트 있음. 엘리베이터 카드키 꼽아야 작동.
