  Hatten reserviert und wurden erst nach ca. 5min hilflosem Warten „wie bestellt und nicht abgeholt“ (kein Personal auffindbar) an den Platz begleitet. Essen ist in Ordnung, aber nicht so unschlagbar wie manchmal gemunkelt wird. Wartezeit ab Bestellung eher hoch.

  Mittagsmenü war sehr gut. Herrliches Ambiente im Salettl (Anbau ). Die Krönung: Powidlpalatschinken mit Vanille / Marzipan Sauce, HIT !!! (Wein top)

  Service mangelhaft, unaufmerksam, 1 Suppe war kalt, 1Suppe schmeckte ziemlich fad, Palatschinken waren kalt, 1 Beilage fehlte, Teller waren total überladen und das Essen lieblos angerichtet,... Das restliche Essen schmeckte gut, macht aber den schlechten Service nicht wett. Wir feierten wissentlich einen 80sten Geburtstag und es gab keine Gratulation oder ein Blümchen am Tisch. Keine Empfehlung

  Caratteristico e poco turistico, personale molto gentile, buoni piatti ma menù solo in tedesco...fatevi aiutare dai camerieri o andate con le idee già chiare. Prezzi più che ragionevoli per Vienna

  We were intrigued to visit this place after the mixed reviews below. From our experience we would agree that the disgruntled gentlemen is indeed an exception to the rule. We had a fantastic meal and wonderful experience. Staff were polite and very friendly, particularly a young waitress who helped us translate the menu at the beginning, and Matthias who helped explain the dishes in a little more detail. And don't worry they take DEBIT cards and cash, just not credit cards so there are options there. The food was delicious, and there were options for vegetarians which I am. If you want an interesting, delicious and authentic Austrian meal this is the place to go!
