  Habe mehrere Mails wegen einer speziellen Frage geschickt. Keine Anwort, obwohl man die Mails erhalten hatte laut telefonischer Aussage. Der daraufhin versproche zeitnahe Rückruf wurde natürlich ebenso nicht eingehalten. Service und Orga = 0

  Gute Beratung, nettes Personal. Die Jacke, die es in Prag am Wochenende nicht mehr in meiner Größe gab, war zwar scho aus dem Verkaufsraum, war aber noch im Lager vorrätig und wurde auch gefunden, was mich sehr gefreut hat.

  I was visiting the store mid Jun-16 in order to buy a tie. Unfortunately, the collection was surprisingly limited to only standard monograms. The entire store was serviced by only one male staff who was mostly concentrated on pleasing Chinesse tourists. He was running back and forth with all of the things and sizes which they wanted to see and without paying any attention to other customers waiting in a line to ask for some advice... Sorry to say about the place and brand in general, but tendency to focus only on Asian customers is just very visible and in some way rude... The only nice and polite person that said hi on the entrance was the doorman... Plus, the store was still selling the collection with regular prices although the sale already kicked-off a week earlier on their web.
