  Awful experience. It looks like the location in the city center doesn't even exist. Some dodgy business. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

  Beware. Cheating rent-a-car. They send you a confirmation of your booking and if you can read that till the very end of the long sheet there is a request to a customer to confirm his/her booking again either by answering by email or by call on AUSTRIAN phone they put. But they DON'T indicate any deadline for that. Then, if you don't answer they might call you from unknown phone and non understandable place, like Czechia, etc...if you don't answer on such a strange call they could just cancel your booking. Looks very customer oriented, however only for the ones who love maso.
