  Krásný hotel, s velmi příjemnou atmosférou a hezkým vybavením. Vše je ladeno to příjemné a útulné atmosféry. Snídaně jsou zde velmi dobré a opět ve velmi hezké místnosti. To že je v centru přináší spoustu výhod s dobou cestování po zajímavých stavbách atd. Hotel ma svoje parkoviště.

  We had a wonderful stay of 4 nights at this lovely hotel in the center of Salzburg. The Staff was very friendly and super helpful. There was an issue with our bed and we got offered to spend a night in a different room before the bed was fixed immediately the next day. As our booking consisted of two different bookings, we were offered to spend all nights in the higher room category. It was truly a wonderful experience and we can only recommend this hotel.

  Das Hotel können wir guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Vor allem besticht es durch sein freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Lage ist optimal, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten finden sich in der Nähe, die Nacht ist ruhig und die Atmosphäre im Hotel richtig gemütlich. grosses Kompliment

  Sehr freundliches und immer hilfsbereites Personal. Mir gefallen die Zimmer, die teils schon geschmackvoll renoviert, aber teils auch noch im alten Charme sind. Ich hatte bisher auch immer Zimmer die auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt eine gute Größe haben. Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt ist super zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Frühstück ist überdurchschnittlich reichhaltig und alles dabei. Der Saunabereich ist kein Wellness Center, reicht aber um nach einem langen Arbeitstag oder Ausflug aufzuwärmen und zu entspannen. Ich war schon 3 mal Gast in diesem Haus und werde bestimmt noch weitere Male kommen.

  Bardzo dobra lokalizacja obiektu oraz kilka dodatkowych usług w samym hotelu. W okolicy 100 m restauracja, pub. Miła obsługa. Dodatkowe usługi takie jak masaż, kino, sauna. Niestety jest też koszmarna warstwa kurzu, brzydki widok z okna, odpadająca farba z sufitu, brudne ściany oraz minibar w szafie, średnio smaczne śniadanie. Wysoka cena w stosunku do jakości pokoju. Brak klimatyzacji więc w zimę albo się dusisz w swojej prywatnej saunie albo marzniesz przy uchylonym oknie. Materac strasznie miękki. A to wszystko w pokoju 504. Za cenę 15 EUR miejsce parkingowe pod drzewkami tak aby codziennie myć auto ;)
