  Fantastic hotel. . Excellent service from check in to check out. .. room was spacious beds very comfy and lovely bathroom. Hotel opposite gates to palace. Supermarket and basic shops adjacent to hotel.

  Beautiful and story-rich historical environment, the food is great and the staff is nice. The rooms are amazing and it's close to many famous places in Vienna.

  My wife and I stayed here during our honeymoon (Suite room), and we had a really nice time here! Our room was facing the street, but the room was quite (when you close the windows). We highly recommend staying for the breakfast! Staffing was really friendly and helpful with all of our questions. The only thing want to point out is parking. Parking is available next to the hotel in a parking garage. The parking garage is small, with small parking spaces. If you stay with the hotel you can pay at the checkout, but is about 20 euros a day.

  Shower temperature was all over the place. King size bed with two single blankets for me and my partner to share and they wouldn't change it for us. Doors to balcony kept blowing open with the wind. The room service food was average and overpriced. The room was well heated and the beds comfortable. Location was great having a fantastic park across the road and close to the train line.

  If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... Decent and nice hotel near the Schönbrunn Palace and gardens. Don’t expect anything fancy or trendy design. It’s good, it offers good service and the location is great. The metro station is nearby and gets you to the city centre directly.
