::世界で一番美しい図書館とされている。 確かに美しい。一見の価値はある。 その場に行かなければ分からない独特の雰囲気がある。しかし、見物人だらけである。じっと鑑賞する感じではない。さっとみたら10分くらいで終わる。８€の価値をとう感じるか。 写真はフラッシュをたかなければ撮影は可能。 ウィーンに観光に行ってクリムトなどを一通り観たらでもいいかも知れない。

::If you think this place looks good from the outside; you definitely need to go inside; this is the most beautiful library I have ever visited; and if this has been my local one when I was studying; then I would probably had got better grades; it also has the largest collections of books in Austria.

::Wow- this place is magical. The building itself, the architecture and art are incredible alone. The State room at the top of the building really transports you back to...well actually that’s tough to say because it contains over 650 years of history. The exhibits are exquisite and there is something for everyone: music, cartography, ecology, religion, history. The frescoes on the ceiling are breathtaking and there is an informational and interactive exhibit to tell you all about it. Go to this library. 8€ to get in.

::오스트리아 국립 도서관 (오스티리아 비엔나 추천여행코스) 세계에서 가장 아름다운 도서관으로 꼽히는 오스트리아 국립도서관. 이 도서관은 유럽 최대 왕조 가운데 하나였던 합스부르크 왕가의 유산 중에 하나라고 하죠. 합스부르크 왕궁에 위치한 도서관 메인 홀은 신성로마제국 황제 카를 6세가 법원도서관으로 지정한 ‘프룬크잘(Prunnksaal·영광의 홀)’ 입니다. 이 홀은 길이 77미터, 천정 높이는 20m에 달하는데 유럽에서 가장 큰 바로크 양식의 도서관이라고 하네요. 2쌍의 대리석 기둥이 돔 모양의 둥근 천장을 지지하고 있으며, 서가가 벽을 따라 늘어서 있죠. 천장은 아름다운 프레스코화로 장식되어 있는 게 인상적입니다. 참고로 오스트리아 국립도서관에는 책 뿐만 아니라 파피루스, 고지도, 지구의 등 다양한 소장품을 볼 수 있다고 하네요.
