  My car broke down in the middle of a highway. The Buchbinder staff at Salzburg location was not helpful at all. They passed me over to a phone line where nobody answered. It took me 3.5 hours and several emails just to get an answer from them. Eventually, I was evacuated to a repair location but they didn't even bother calling a cab for me to drop me off at a nearby airport. Not to mention that NOBODY even bothered providing me a replacement car. I'm VERY unsatisfied and will be looking to receive a compensation for the missed flight.

  토요일은 3시까지만 합니다. 늦게 도착했더니 영업 종료해서 곤란했는데, 그럴때는 공항에 있는 다른 지점에 연락해보세요. 도움이 될 수 있습니다. 공항 지점은 토요일 오후 8시 반까지 영업한다고 하네요.
