::Julia & Boris we're so kind and helpful! We had made reservations to pick up a rental car in Vienna and return it to Prague, but Expedia doesn't tell you about border fees to enter Czech Republic. Ugh! Anyways, these Hertz staff members went above and beyond to help us get the costs down and get into our vehicle very comfortably. Thank you for being so good to us!

::Awesome service. I didn't find any problem parking - there is a little service road thing that runs parallel to Kartner ring right there, and there was parking along that. Jason was friendly and super helpful, and the whole staff was polite and professional. Couldn't be happier.

::Nice, quick and polite service. I returned the car here (from Germany) and it took all of 3 minutes. Removing one star due to them not having their own parking garage and you need to find legal street parking close by.

::I had to return my car here rather then where I rented it and the customer service was awesome. They identified an overcharge from the pickup location and had it removed before closing out my bill. Very friendly staff, will rent from here when I'm back in Vienna.
