  I paid in advance for rental of a car and when I went to pick up it the employee of this Hertz shop refused to accept the voucher with proof of full payment. Without any fair or legal reason he wanted me pay another 700 euros. I had to rent a car from another company and lost the money I had already paid to Hertz. Lousy employee and terrible service and poor shop... Don´t rent a car in this shop because this isn´t an honest place.

  Co-worker dropped keys off upon returning his car because Hertz was closed due to Holiday. Took weeks to get the receipt posted by Hertz
