  Good hotel, not the most modern if that's what you want, but cozy and comfy. Enjoyed this place.

  Nice breakfast, great location in the city center. Room could be more clean and matching what the website displays (the room I had was not old and not colourful at all)

  Great location, very friendly staff and the room was exactly what I wanted. Wifi was a little slow at times though.

  I highly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is located in a quiet part of the city and a few minute walk from Mirabelle Palace. The rooms are clean and there is a safe in the room. The WiFi was flawless. The front desk staff were very friendly. They gladly assisted me with getting my Salzburg card. I highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

  We stayed for two nights. Check-in, receptionist wasn't very welcoming and in our opinion rude. Room was small, not as nice as what you may see on their web page. We booked a double room with double bed, but we got two single beds placed together, although the beds were comfortable. Breakfast isn't part of room charge so you have to pay separately, which suits many people. The breakfast and dining room is nice and we enjoyed it. Check-out was much more pleasant and we think someone was being trained. This hotel quite a nice walk into main tourist area and very quiet. At night there is no sound at all. Would we stay again? Maybe yes, maybe no. Although not completely happy, we weren't completely disappointed either.
