  Ruhig und freundliches Personal. Allerdings muß man hier eine Kaution hinterlegen die zwar am Ende zurück erstattet wird habe ich aber bisher in keinen anderen Hotel gehabt. Lobenswert ist auch das Frühstücksbuffet.

  Posizione vicina al centro. Camere confortevoli. Buona colazione. Personale gentile. Sauna minimale. Troppo caro il parcheggio auto

  Good hotel close to city center (20 minutes walking distance) nice and spacious rooms. Very good breakfast with fresh ingredients! My room was on the back of the building and was really peaceful and quiet.

  This hotel was a very interesting hotel. The outside was nice, and so was the lobby. The rooms smelled like mildew, and the opened up window got a lot of gas in. It was also hard to find. In Salzburg, there are two Mercure hotels less than three blocks away from the other. We accidentally went to the wrong one, so we had to walk with all our luggages three blocks. The other Mercure was three Euros more, so I guess I should have gone with the other one instead. Even if the rooms smelled bad, the lobby made up for it. I recommend if you are on a budget and looking for a hotel in Salzburg. By the way, I'm reviewing the Hotel Mercure Salzburg Central.

  Empfang sehr freundlich, Frühstücksraum hat seine besten Zeiten gesehen sowie ungepflegtes Küchenpersonal das das Buffet aufgefüllt hat. Zimmeraufteilung super. Leider wurde bei uns das Zimmer nicht gemacht und bei den Handtüchern hingen Fransen weg und hatten Löcher. Was will man erwarten bei einem Hotel mit 4 Sternen und die Nacht für 120 Euro ? Hotelmanager war bemüht und als Entschuldigung gab es eine Kundenkarte mit 20 Euro Startguthaben.
