  Einfach nur erste Klasse hier, Essen, Service, persönliche Betreuung und die Lage. So lecker habe ich lange nicht gegessen und kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

  One of the best Historical small Hotels in Europe. You will love spirit of history in almost every second item. There is a lot of genuine lovely art items you will simply love. Perfect peaceful location by the lake. Very professional and polite service. Outstanding food and great choice of good wine. UNIQUE and OUTSTANDING. Must see for sure.

  One of the BEST historical small hotels I have ever been. It has some very special details that are FANTASTIC. I strongly recommend visiting this gorgeous hotel!

  Wir waren dort bei einer Hochzeit eingeladen. Für die Lage direkt am See und den schönen Garten gibt es 5 Sterne. Das Servicepersonal war total überfordert, an den Deckenleuchten waren Spinnweben. Das Weißweinglas hatte einen Sprung und die Hussen waren total faltig. Am Nachmittag gabe es Kaffee und Torte wobei die Tische nicht einmal eingedeckt waren und manche von uns die Torten mit dem Löffel essen mussten.

  posizione molto bella, struttura ben tenuta e personale cortese. panorama fantastico e camera molto grande e comoda prezzi adeguati sia per l'alloggio che per la cena (cameriere gentilissimo) non sono rimasto soddisfatto dalla colazione, mai cosi scarsa in Austria. i croissant erano insufficienti per tutti, noi ci siamo presentato alle nove e erano finiti, alla nostra richiesta è stato risposto con un cortese "finiti" anche i succhi ed altro erano appena sufficienti diciamo che c'è spazio per un miglioramento
