  Nice place for sightseeing over Stephansdom, crowded when weather is good, drink menu could be better

  Outside terrace with heat lamps. Great view of St. Stephens. Trendy decor. No food. No cocktails.

  Trendy bar with beautiful view. Entrance through the the bar of the bloom hotel and than take the elevator up to the 8th floor
