::This hotel is really 5 stars worthy. Fantastic hotel, room, view from the hotel room, service, staff members, etcetera. The problem with the tv was solved immediately.

::5-star is different - the hotel is clean, more or less modern, the breakfast is good and the breakfast service is friendly. But that's where it ends. The TV did not work properly and the maintenance staff only mentioned this is as good as it gets - kind of "be happy and shut up". The receptionist tried to save the situation with a free drinks voucher - without being prompted, the barman then highlighted immediately that the voucher would not go for more than a beer or a glass of wine. Right, that's what they understand of a 5-star property?
