::The girls are nice (polite) however the service is bad. Low quality wax and no attention to detail. I came out with legs glued with gooey wax that I am unable to get rid of even after showering, skin irritated, and almost no hair removed! They gave me a EUR5 discount, which was nice, but useless as I need a complete do over. Waste of my time and money.

::I would rate this place with minus stars if I could. I’m Brasilian, I schedule a Brasilian wax, I’m use to it. I just got out of my shower, I live 80 meters from this place, I got there the girl handed me a cotton cloth to clean up myself, this cloth was soaked in alcohol, rubbing alcohol. I burn so much, the skin down there is too fin and cause me so much pain, it was horrific and unnecessary. I almost cried. She waxed me, exchange 0 words with me. Said I was ready and I could clean up myself. Excuse me? I had so much wax left over and I had to take care of if myself. That is part of her job to remove the wax left over. I had to come home and work on the cleaning up again and I had also to finish removing the hair, she left big chunks of hair still on my skin. It was the worse wax job. I never had to go home and finish someone’s job like that. I totally think this place is horrible to get waxed, besides that she applied such a bit amount of wax (area wise) per pulling, that makes so much more painful than has to be. Super horrible experience. Never more.

::I would not recommend this place at all. It's clean and all, that's not the problem. The problem is the lack of sympathy and gentleness of the people who work there. I booked a bikini Brazilian, and wanted it to spread a bit on the thigh (it would be one strip or two maximum), but that was absolutely impossible to do without paying extra. The employee didn't know how much that extra cost would be, not willing to arrange anything. It wouldn't have changed anything for her (two stripe extra wouldn't change her life or bankrupt the business), but it would have made a client happy and pleased with the service. That was apparently not important for them. AND, if you don't speak German, don't even try going there. There's better place for waxing in the city, look for a place close to Mariahilfer Strasse.

::Super Studio, komme schon seit Jahren in die Alser Straße zum Sugaring. Die Mädels sind dort alle super lieb und arbeiten alle super sauber. Empfehlenswert!!☺️
