  Worst experience I have ever had. I got my eyebrows waxed and they waxed one almost completely off and plucked the other one to match it. They were hardly even apologetic. Do not go there

  Ich war dort, um meinen Shellack entfernen zu lassen. Die Kosmetikerinnen waren freundlich und die Entfernung war ok (wenn auch an ein paar Stellen die Nägel angekratzt sind und mir 1-2 Mal über die Nagelhaut gefeilt wurde, was recht unangenehm ist). Meine Kritik bezieht sich aber auf die Hygiene: Die Arbeitsfläche war aus meiner Sicht nicht ausreichend sauber, es wurden keine frischen Feilen verwendet etc. Eine Maniküre hätte ich mir dort nicht machen lassen wollen.

  Unfortunately, I agree with the negative reviews here. The receptionist is extremely rude, as well as some of the staff. They are false advertising- the Beauty Lounge pays the girls as external freelancers but charge the client. Each time my nail polish came off the next day, and I tried them three times but never again. The worst beauty salon ever in quality and personnel. Arrogance, incompetence and exorbitant prices.

  Very poor hygiene, I felt very bad about the instruments they used for pedicure, they obviously were lying around on a table before I came and were solely sprayed with sanitizer. Everything around looks very worn out and dirty. The Beautista was friendly and polite, but was in rush. In other salons I get a much better care of my nails (had a medical pedicure) for half the price. 39 Euros for 20 min of very superficial service is way to much. She also gave me change from her private wallet and I never got any invoice. (should have asked though). Very disappointed.

  Vor einem Jahr noch Top ... jetzt Flop! 1. Schon am Telefon bei der Terminvereinbarung war ich sehr enttäuscht a) die Dame konnte kaum Deutsch; b) kannte nicht die aktuellen Preise; c) ist auf meine Terminwünsche kein bisschen eingegangen Fazit: Es kam erst gar kein Termin zustande und lese ich die restlichen Bewertungen, haben sich meine Befürchtungen bezüglich der negativen Entwicklung leider bestätigt. Schade ein ursprünglich gutes Konzept in einem schönen Geschäftslokal ....so abdriften lassen 😔👎 !
