  I needed an emergency tyre replacement. They were kind, fast and not so expensive. Easy communication in English with both administration and technical personnel.

  We bought four Michelin tyres which had a long warranty unless they were worn. Six months before the warranty would expire, one of the tyres developed a bulge in the sidewall. I wrote to Michelin seeking the best advice on where to take the tyre for replacement, which is easy for us as we drive a minibus all over Europe. They did not respond. So, when we had a slow puncture in Austria we thought it would be a good idea to go to Reifenteam Varga GmbH as we had bought the tyres there several years previously. They took care of the puncture, rather expensively, but ignored my requests to have them address the Michelin tyre issue. Not being fluent in German didn't help, but we won't ever go back to Reifenteam Varga GmbH, and we shall never buy Michelin tyres again either.
