::been cut off from my internet banking and all my money (that i transferred from a different city's sparkasse) for 2 whole months! they kept giving me new internet banking passwords and forgot to mention that it's not the usual, but a new website 'george' where i have to sign up....never sent me an sms or email that my card is ready, didnt deliver card/password to my address only to tell me 3weeks later that they dont deliver if my name is not on the postbox...and even screwed up putting my phone number into the system, so i still cannot activate my IB account....though, they did all this with the brightest smiles on their faces, so 2 stars it is...
