  We had a two-bed private room with its window on the streetside. Unfortunately the promised wifi did not work in our room. After asking the service two times he suggested us to use the lobby wifi. So if you want to watch movies or surf before you go to sleep, you are going to have a bad time. Secoundly for breakfast you have to buy some coupons. We missed breakfast once because we overslept. Therefore we had two coupons left. On checkout day i held the room card in one, the coupons in the other hand. When i wanted to hand the service guy the roomcard, he took the coupons as well, so i expected to get money back. After he said "ok" i asked if i would get any money back. He just said "nooo, thats over now!" If i knew that i would have hid the coupons and used it next time, now there is ni next time at this hostel.

  Muy lejos del centro. Relación precio-calidad: mala. No funciona el wifi en las habitaciones. No hay cocina. El desayuno es MUY caro por lo que se ofrece. Trato muy malo de parte del personal. No volvería jamás. Único punto a favor: Sala de estar espaciosa.

  O Viena City Hostel é um hostel muito bom pra passar uma noite, mas lhe falta algumas coisas que poderiam fazer com que a estadia fosse muito mais cômoda. Os quartos, banheiros e áreas comuns são bem limpos, há bons lockers nos quartos e também há "luggage room" (onde se pode guardar as malas mesmo após o check out) e há opção de café da manhã por 4 euros, o que não é caro mas também não chega a ser barato. Os pontos negativos são que os recepcionistas (pelo menos os quais eu tive contato) falam apenas alemão e inglês, não disponibilizam toalhas gratuitas (apenas as vendem por 2,50 euros), nem sabonetes, shampoos ou coisas do tipo; o wifi também não é bom, pois só pegava no piso da recepção, no meu quarto não consegui acesso. Enfim, para uma noite está bom, mas nãobpara muito mais que isso.

  The rooms were small, and sharing your space with other people definitely lowers your comfort. But, hey, it was really cheap. The location of this place is a great advantage. Keplerplatz station was a few steps away. The receptionists speak good English, and are very helpful with whatever you need. Overall, if you're looking for a hostel, instead of a hotel room, it's a great choice.

  Osztály vagy csoportos szállásnak tökéletes kedvesek jók a szobák es van metro 2p-re
