::I made the effort to visit the shop personally on behalf of clients to have a look around. I was met reluctantly by a blank faced disinterested "person" . I probably didn't have the appearance of their usual potential client. Very sad. This attitude will lose business, definitely. The workmanship is excellent. The company website alleges association with every designer of note from William Morris onwards, if only the attitude to "Kundenfreundlichkeit" reflected more of the intentions of the Arts and Crafts Movement... if you want to borrow the designs from the past, it's nice to pay for this in kindness to others. Demonstrably and consistently.
