::Terrible shop! I would give them negative stars if I could. i have a bad experience at this shop. I bought an electrical kettle from XXXlutz linz which broke after a couple of days. I returned the item to the shop and asked them for a replacement. The staff were convinced to replace the item but their manager refused to do so. i will never ever buy any item from this shop as i found their customer service crap. I am new to Linz and the other day bought some items from OBI. They were more than happy to replace and refund items.
