  We recently rented 10 bikes for 8 days from Crazy Bikes, Innsbruck. Our experience was perfect from the initial inquiries to the final pick up. We were 4 adults and 6 children of different ages. Since we arranged a delivery of the bikes, we were a little concerned about sizes and fitting. All bikes arrived exactly fitting our party members, and in excellent mechanical condition. Christian and Patricia are running a very tight operation, and provide outstanding service all the way. We highly recommend renting bikes from Crazy Bikes in the Tyrol area for any required duration, location and route.

  I arranged to rent a road bike for two days from Crazy Bikez by emailing them. They responded back within less than 1 hour with a time to meet them the next morning. They had a 105 equipped Trek road bike in my size (54) that included the tool pack, lock, and water bottle. They also rented me a helmet. I came prepared with shoes and pedals and Christian helped install the pedals on the rental. Christian was also nice enough to recommend some routes that met my needs. He also sent me route files and a link to several mountain and road bike routes. Christian went beyond my expectations helping me check the bike out and also to return the bike. The price was very reasonable for level provided. I certainly would rent from them again and recommend them to my friends. Kevin

  Sehr kompetenter und netter Service. Konnten unsere Räder auch noch um 21.15 Uhr zurückgeben, obwohl der Laden schon lange geschlossen hatte. Außerdem ein gebuchtes Fahrrad nach 3 Tagen ohne Problem in ein anderes getauscht. Top Service und gute Bikez

  Hatte das Problem am Feiertag einen Fahrradhelm für ein Kleinkind zu benötigen. Ich hab ein Mail geschrieben und würde binnen 2 Minuten zurückgerufen dass ich in 10 Minuten vorbeikommen soll, er sperrt den Shop kurz auf . Wollte dann nicht mal die Leihgebühr nehmen. Mehr Kundenfreundlichkeit geht nicht - einfach TOP!!!

  I rented a bike for a month for a really good price there. Very friendly and helpful staff. The renting process was super uncomplicated and quick. I would rent a bike there any time again. Ich hatte ein Fahrrad, zu einem sehr guten Preis, für einen Monat gemietet. Der Laden ist einfach zu finden und das Personal überaus freundlich. Die Abwicklung war unkompliziert und schnell. Ich würde jeder Zeit wieder ein Fahrrad dort anmieten.
