  We've borrowed dress for a ball occasion. Very good service while borrowing and tailoring the dress. Then it stops. I needed a handbag, bought one with my wife on video call. When we've seen it in reality, matched it with dress, she didn't like it and I tried to return. EVEN WITHIN A DAY OF PURCHASE THEY DECLINED DISCUSSION ABOUT RETURNING THE MONEY. VERY POOR SALES TACTICS. WILL NOT RETURN AGAIN.

  Today I was there for a fitting although there was a misunderstanding with my appointment I had the chance to look for dresses and tried as many as I wanted. The lady who helped me was super nice her name is Bressi and she was the sweetest and the dresses of course are beautiful! I definitely recommend this boutique.

  Excellent attention and care to clients. I went to Flossman as it was highly recommended to me for my Bridal gown purchase. The dresses are beautiful and classy as is the shop and the attention one receives is top-notch. I am ecstatic to be choosing a gown with Saria from Flossman - her knowledge, patience and care towards me and my thoughts is unique and puts me at ease and excited for the big day. I would not shop anywhere else! I really like this shop and its employees are perfect for such a difficult purchase. Thank you.
