::We've borrowed dress for a ball occasion. Very good service while borrowing and tailoring the dress. Then it stops. I needed a handbag, bought one with my wife on video call. When we've seen it in reality, matched it with dress, she didn't like it and I tried to return. EVEN WITHIN A DAY OF PURCHASE THEY DECLINED DISCUSSION ABOUT RETURNING THE MONEY. VERY POOR SALES TACTICS. WILL NOT RETURN AGAIN.
