  This place is always one disappointment after another but has the distinct advantage of being the only Western Union in the center of Vienna. Last time I was there, Western Union service was down (I was told it would "be up in a hour" for over two days). Now Western Union only works until 19:30 -and not 20:00!- as stated on their website and Google.

  Overrated prices.Not worth it.I give it two stars only because the dude was very fast with the exchange

  Horrible, they speak in nose and didn't inform me that comissons for cash tax-free money will be more then 30% of total amount. They kept 1/3 of my money.

  They have bad service; tiefs. they charge med 100€ for Exchange.Do not change money here!!!!
